pics from websites?

When you go on a website well most websites if there is a pic you like you can copy it easy but i have come across some where its not been possible, can anyone tell me how a website can be made that does not allow people copying the pics from the site.
and not with putting a name across it to say its yours is there something out there that stops people taking pics that are mine.

    You could use a javascript command to disable the R/H click function.
    Also you need to hide the webpage source code either using CSS or PHP or by using frames within HTML
    This still wouldnt stop someone from doing a screen capture then editing it in their chosen paint/photshop application.

    Easiest way is to put a transparent image over the top of it.

    There are programs that can show all images on a page, so there are ways round it. If someone wants an image, they will get it even if it means taking a screenshot of it then cutting the part they want out :)

    Just disable scripting to stop the pointless 'no right click' code from working.
