Foam Separater For Juicer?

I have a cheap juicer and although the juice is nice, it's really foamy and thick. I have noticed that expensive juicers have a "foam separater" on a jug, is there anyway of recreating this Old Style?
You place a glass under a hole where the juice comes out. Glass approximately 1/2 pint in size
Any help gratefully recieved

Just as an experiment you could try pouring (pushing?) it through a sieve or strainer.
