Issuing a refund after a case has been opened...

A buyer opened a case in Ebay for a SNAD. She did not contact me first so it's my first case against me, I normally give no quibble refunds and resolve amicably.
Anyway I have agreed to refund in full + postage both ways.
The item arrived back to me this morning, how do I proceed? When I go to the case it says that i need to refund the buyer through the resolution centre but I can't see where to do this?
Normally I would just refund directly through paypal.
Thanks for any info!
