Hi all, please don't giggle to much at the title it is a serious question;) Let me explain. My sisters Rottie has had TLPO surgery done on both her hind legs. The first one went really well but the second one developed a slight fracture of the bone. Was also told from the beginning that she has the onset of Arthritis in her hind legs and elbow dysplacia. Now my sister was on the phone to me last night and asked the above question as she want to keep her legs warm whilst she takes her out for walks over the colder months. Is there such a thing as doggie legwarmers that would fit over the hips of a 3 year old Rottie ?? Any advice greatly recieved

Paul Walker , in my dreams;)

Caroline I think this would be ideal.I will show it to her , I think she has her heart set on cute little (yeah right ) legwarmersbut I think this would be much much better as Betsy wouldn't be able to pull it off.May just have to think about one of these for woofer. Now where is that tape measure;)

Ohhhh myyyy, I must admit to a wee chuckle when I read the title .....
Sorry to hear Betsy's second op has proved more troublesome & wishing her a speedy recovery.
Does your sister / any relatives knit?
