Personally I would leave it another week or so. Bad time of year for getting stuff through customs ay the UK end. Think I would leave it until begining of February.

I sent a press pack (CD few a4 sheets nothing big) via standard post to Argentina and it took 7 weeks, that was July last year

I would file a non-receipt of goods. You've been patient long enough.

I purchased an item from Thailand on Christmas day, it arrived 9days later. That included the New Year bank hol.

Also - I waited 4weeks before Xmas for goods to be shipped from HK. And to this day, they've not arrived. I finally won my dispute through PP and refunded me.

Start the ball rolling now - how did you pay for item?

    i paypaled for the item

what happends when i file a item not recieved claim? shouldnt i give the seller a chance to send another or refund? i dont want to get them in trouble with ebay if theyre willing to fix the problem

if i decide to wait , whats the longest i can leave it and still file a item not recived claim

Email the seller, explain yourstill without the goods, could he put a claim him against the postal service he used, and issue you with a full refund, or perhaps arrange to send a replacement out.

If no joy, then file a goods not received dispute with ebay, they will take you through to the paypal dispute, and for this you will poss need the transaction id, so just have it to hand. Also sellers id and any item numbers just incase they ask for that. It was a while ago I started the dispute, so cant remember exactly the info you require,

My seller from HK ignored my request ref refund/replacement, hence why I esculated the claim. He provided a tracking number (which was untraceable) hence it was closed in my favour.

    Hope you get this sorted!
