Praise - Dell!

Wanted to mention a great service by Dell!

Ordered a Laptop but then made some changes to the order, great customer service guy who was friendly and helpful and didn't even mind when I changed my mind back again to the original order!!

Was suppose to take 2 weeks, came in 4 days. Same customer service guy contacted to me to make sure I got it and everything was ok.

Kudos to Dell! :j :T

It's nice to see some praise as not enough people do praise companies, just moan about them.

When I ordered a Dell TFT a few years back (it was £699 for a 24" back then how times have changed) I was impressed with the service, including a call the day before delivery.

Dell are a huge company and just like Asda, Argos, Tesco etc who regularly appear here no doubt have many million more happy customers than unhappy ones.

It is also not surprising these companies appears on the boards, because of the amount of customers they serve. Therefore complaints about these companies with individual gripes are fine as they are helpful for people who may experience the same/similar problem.

But I think it is mad for people to actually be put off buying from them because 0.01% of customers complain about them here and other places.
