No Freebies with perfumes when buying with reward points at Boots

I bought some Paul Smith perfume from Oxford St Boots yesterday with my reward points. It came with a free Paul Smith Bunny, was told I was not entitled to a free bunny cos I bought it with points, had I bought it with cash I would have been!

What a load of rubbish you are entitled to free gifts and offers when paying with points, go back and complain

Thanks! I've email there customer service, the free bunny was crap anyway but I was annoyed about the whole principle of the thing as I thought reward cards were supposed to reward loyalty!!!!

Finally heard back from Boots, who apologised and gave me 1000 points free.
