I have just used compare the market filled in all the details
and got a good quote call the Admiral and found out the quote has jumped from 534 to 926 because I wanted to pay monthly and some one has hit me and I didnt claim on my insurance they claimed on theirs
why am I paying some much more? any Ideas

A jump of 534 to 926 would not be due to monthly. It may have increased it by 10-20% but thats about it.

If you are in a high risk area or are a higher risk individual, then it may not take much for them to decide to price themselves out of contention. Cherry picking is not unusual. i.e. they offer a good price for those they want but expensive for the rest.

They told you!

You usually pay extra if you want to pay on the drip, and you need to declare your accident to all new insurers you approach for a quote. Their original price was given when they thought you had a "clean" history!

Being involved in an accident, even if indisputably not your fault, is invariably bad for your wallet. A 70% load is a bit on the high side so sounds like the Admiral are only interested in the lowest risk customers.
