Long term energy saving scheme
Can anyone tell me if the proposed energy saving scheme offered by the government which enables householders to install energy saving within the house including widows new boilers etc :(and then the cost would be added to the house over it's lifetime and the cost per month would be covered by the savings per month. If you sold the house this would then be passed onto the buyer. heard about it on the radio that this would be coming in in 2012 but not seen anything about it since
