That's what I thought. If you didn't sign you should have just stopped paying and let them chase you.
I joined Fitness first, stupidly on a Saturday when it wasn't too busy, but wanted to use it at 6-7pm weekdays. I then realised it was so packed it took 2hours to do a 45min workout. I stopped going after the first month, apart from the occasional weekend, and cancelled after a year.0
