Switching supplier - HeatPlus Meter?
Comments
-
Hi
I've been informed I have a heatplus meter and it's not Economy 7. Not sure how I go about comparing tariffs. Any ideas?
Is this a tariff with a 'boost' of low-priced energy in the middle of the afternoon?
As I understand it, only one company provides this, so you can't change without switching types of meter.
You're using storage radiators?0 -
I have no idea to be honest. It's rented to I can't change meters. According to NPower the tariff for the heat plus meter is a standing charge of 6.8p per day and 6p per kw. The standard meter is on their standard rate. I think the previous tenant switched to NPower because the check-in inventory lists a different provider.
I have one storage heater in the living room and an overly complex nobo thing to set the other radiators. I don't use them at the moment, just the storage heater.0
