I thought those football streaming/p2p sites weren't legal."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Yes, perfectly legal.superscaper wrote:I thought those football streaming/p2p sites weren't legal.
I tell you what shouldnt though. A greedy Australian coming over here, taking our national game hostage, and forcing us to pay for it.
THAT should be illegal.The Name's Bond James Bond0 -
Still p2p though isn't it which aren't allowed to be mentioned?"She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

p2p ARE legal if you don't use it to download copyrighted material. In this instance, you are watching a perfectly legal stream ( usually from the far east)superscaper wrote:Still p2p though isn't it which aren't allowed to be mentioned?
100% Legal.

My point wasn't the p2p were illegal, I was talking about the forum rules that we're not allowed to mention any p2p sites. Also because a site is hosted in a specific country in the far east legally, it doesn't mean it's legal viewing it in this country as it then comes under the copyright act of the UK."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Forum rules: "Even though there are some legitimate uses there is a blanket ban on P2P topics."
Far east streaming illegal: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/6192264.stm
I always like to give sources for my opinions and statements
