Spybot to slooooooooow

Any one else having problems running Spybot.
I started a scan 2 hours ago and its still running.
This started about a week ago.
Any ideas

Have you deleted all cookies? That's all I can think of, but I'm not that techie myself, so....Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.0

try removing spybot and reinstalling.0 -
Stop the scan, download the latest updates and try again.0

I read something about a particular .dll file causing problems for certain users. It was mentioned on this forum a few days ago and the post referred to the Spybot forum for more info. Spybot ran with no problems on my system but it obviously affects some users.:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

Just reinstalled Spybot, still takes awhile but finishes eventually. Many thanks to you all0
