To Nwankwokanu and all other Leaseholders in blocks managed by Peverel.
It is actually a relatively easy process to fire Peverel and appoint a new managing agent. I am a resident leaseholder of 'Tradewinds E16' and we are going through the 'right to manage' process with a company called Urang Property Management. They coordinate the whole process for free if you agree to appoint them as the managing agent at completion. They have a guy who deals only with RTM setups - I think his name is Scott.
