Rotor? Do you mean as in the alternator rotor that the stator (the little asterisk-shaped bit with copper wire wound each point) lives inside?
Do a quick search on ebay for "speedfight flywheel" and it brings up a variety of cheapish holding tools & extractors, you'd pretty much lube it up to the eyeballs & use the tools as directed - I assume you've got the bike disassembled so far as you've got to the rotor stage.

The above ebay as has a nice pic, and looks to be a cheap & easy flywheel puller, but I can't say I've ever had to do the job myself when I had one.0 -
