I have some TDK DVD+RW discs, not used much but which have been working fine till now. My DVD recorder died, having been faulty on and off for a while, so I've bought a new one.
Some of the discs are ok, but some are showing empty, although the dvd recorder has come on when it's supposed to, and the red recording light has come on.
Is it possible that the old recorder did something it shouldn't to the discs, and is there any way of getting them working again? I tried reformatting, but it didn't work as it said they were already formatted.
Thanks

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
