Yesterday I clicked on Windows Int Explorer 7 update. Thought I could trust Windows.
Bad mistake I think 'cos I'ts not only totally changed the appearance of my screen, but everytime I start up I get a box saying Windows must close.
How do I get rid of it please?

Uninstall internet explorer 7
you may need to boot the pc in safe mode to do it.
switch the pc on and hit the f8 key a few times after the sytem bios screen but before the loading windows screen appears.0 -

Sorry for the delay I am just trying to go to sleep so I thought I would check back on some of my posting history
Will the pc boot in safe mode? If there is a problem with drivers, virus or spyware safemode usually stops them kicking in.
If your pc isnt booting in safe mode it is more likley to be a hardware issue. A pc randomly shutting down could be heat related, remove the side of the pc and check that the cpu cooling fan is stull running, also hodl your fan at the vent of the power supply and see if air is moving, is it warm?0
