World of beds store vanished

How do I get the manufactures (Furmanac.co.uk) to replace a mattress I purchased Dec 2010 that has developed a fault, when the shop I bought it from has gone out of business? I have tried to track them down but there are no insolvency or liquidation administrators in-place, they seem to of simply vanished. The mattress actually states it has a 5 year guarantee, but the manufacturers have told me that it is void because the store are no longer in business.
I have tried trading standards, but as I paid with actual money there seems to be no laws to help me to replace my £600 mattress.

Did you purchase on a card? If so you may have rights through the card company. Search on here for it I can't remember what the section is called.

Which World of Beds was it? Companies House has several active businesses with variations of the name.

Many thanks for that Fergie really helpful.

Actual money, could still be a debit card!

Even when people say cash, sometimes they mean debit card.
