MBNA 0% credit transfer "scam"?

Has anyone else had trouble applying for MBNA 0% credit transfer? We applied, got approved, they transferred our limit before we had any information and then they said we'd applied for 5.9% card. I double checked their website, the link definitely says 0%, there was no mention of 5.9% and now they're saying I didn't uncheck a particular box. They also said it's a common problem which to me suggests their at fault to a certain extent. Has anyone else had this or was I just not careful enough this time? And if so, can I do anything about it?

Unlikely. You could try asking them nicely if they could convert your account. But that may lead to them re-scoring you.
But good to see the word 'scam' making its 78th appearance of the week.0 -
Hmmm. Thought so. But I'm so cross about it I just wanted to know if it had happened to anyone else.0
