Hi I am new to this... just want to know if I go to the small claims court and the bank wins, will I have to pay their costs?

No. It is extremely rare for costs to be awarded in small claims. There is also a very small chance you'll lose. If you follow the process properly, your chances of winning are massive (the banks are currently paying up in about 99.9% of claims).How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
