Protech direct secondary glazing

Hi

I am looking at installing secondary glazing and have got some prices from Protech Direct - however I have found some negative comments on MSE forums about this company which puts me off a bit.

Has anyone got any further experiences of using this company to share - good or bad?

    I have no experience of them. Reading the above post I would avoid them. Nothing personal and I have not read the reviews.

    I read it as; "all bad publicity was attributed to the late MD, this has been resolved because his wife is now running the business."

    So why did she not influence things before? Does not sound good to me.
