After 10 months waiting, we finally had our Tribunial yesterday and thankfully won, How long is the time scale now on receiving payments? I did ring the DLA and as long as they don't contest the decision, he said roughly 3-6 weeks?. Thanks.

That's probably around right - but if they contest as the decision is flawed, and it's allowed, it may be considerably longer - as it'd have to go to another round of appeals.

Thank you, I hope they don't. It's been stressful enough, I've heard it is quite rare for them to do so, and he did say that on the phone, suppose time will tell. Thanks
