Car Insurance Previous Incident

Options
Hi Everyone

My Car insurance is shortly up for renewal and I have several years Protected NCB, however last December my car was slightly damaged by a neighbour reversing into it. It was all dealt with by the Insurance companies and as the other person admitted liability it went on his insurance.

If I look around for a new quote now do I have to declare this incident even though the other Insurance Co paid for it ?

Thanks
