It wasn't that they couldn't deliver on the date, as it would have been delivered on 14th IF they had not made a mess of the parcel and sent it to;

Honestly thats better than my Friends Mum, (He needed his bankcard forwarded from his home address to his study address) all she wrote on the letter was his name and attached a First class stamp and dropped it in the mailbox.

hrmmm, maybe she works in the delivery department.... I'll go ask.

SUCCESS!!! Got a call back this morning from CPW and they have refund all money I paid and agreed to reverse the UPG. Also gonna get some compensation for the phone calls I have had to make to them!
