    Okay so my order says:
    Total for pending orders
    Total qty: 6
Payment slip in parcel total: £12.84

Payment slip? What does that mean? Isn't it gonna take my money from my card? So confused. How do I pay the payment slip? \: Can't I change payment method? Really don't understand, please help. :(

Can anyone help ? i get the payslip on my parcel each time, but i have always kept all my items. I want to send a bag back, i dont know if i should then paid my order minus the bag or pay all together and wait for them to refund me ? i dont know how they work that way, i found the online policy a bit difficult.I want to pay this week because i know i will forget and i only have 20days to make a payment, and i hate leaving things last minute.
    Thanks

What i did was minus the amount of the items i sent back....and just paid the outstanding balance....just make sure you included the delivery charge in your payment.....then the bag will be credited as refund to your account when they receive it....hth

Hi, if you have chose to pay by card, dont worry about it. I dont like putting in my card details and they give the option to pay once i get my items, so i always choose this option, it works for me, returns are free and i take the slip to the bank or H&M store and pay there. It just help to keep my bank balance ok.

Obviously I can't complain given the price I've paid, but I'm not sure I would use H&M if I was in any hurry for any of my items!
