27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

Thanks for this. Hermes annoyed me so much in the past (only attempted delivery once for Next sale bargins and then sent them straight back!!! I was REALLY annoyed about that) that I worry where the heck my parcels will end up!

Humph parcel STILL hasn't turned up. According to H&M it was dispatched on Monday. Am I just being impatient?! Or is it just the fact that Hermes scare me!!!0

Mine was dispatched on the 28th and arrived yesterday. I think the tracking information isnt available as they use a lot of home couriers - ie the lady that delivers mine is in a car not a van etc.A home is not a home ..... without a dog

My order arrived today... Should have been 3 XL jumpers, 1 dress and a hairband. What I actually got was 3 S jumpers and 1 XS jumper. Well I went onto the Hermes website and input my tracking number and postcode and it just says for
1 November - order generated
*sighs* Why do I have a feeling this isn't going to go well!!0 -
No sign of mine either, no missed delivery note and the website is also less than helpful. My order was despatched on Monday.

I had no update on my delivery but got a text last Friday to say it would be delivered within the next 24 hours - the courier turned up Saturday morning! Jacket at £29.99 bought for £13.89 delivered!“I tell you, we are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody tell you different.”

they texted me i would receive my order in the next 24-48 hs on Monday morning and received my order the same day. The other order said ordered dispatched too, still is not here. so i am waiting for 3 orders, my 2nd order was splitted in 2.
i placed the 3rd order yesterday, it is saying dispatched. i bet i will get 2 of them by saturday. The waistcoat is still pending 26-30 december...Mejor morir de pie que vivir toda una vida de rodillas.0 -
Can anyone help ? i get the payslip on my parcel each time, but i have always kept all my items. I want to send a bag back, i dont know if i should then paid my order minus the bag or pay all together and wait for them to refund me ? i dont know how they work that way, i found the online policy a bit difficult.I want to pay this week because i know i will forget and i only have 20days to make a payment, and i hate leaving things last minute.
