Should I switch from Scottish Power?

We changed from NPower to Scottish Power last year and got cheaper unit charges as well as £130 cashback as a result. My question is, do I switch even though I'm happy? Unit prices have gone up from last year as has everywhere else.
Old charges
Electric: First 225 units @ 12.908p and then 7.776p thereafter
Gas: First 1143 units @ 3.683 and then 2.7p
New Charges
Electric: First 275 units @ 16.671p and then 10.243
Gas: first 670 units @ 5.957p and then 2.821p.
Our DD has gone from £70 per month to £78 per month for a 3 adult 3 bedroom household. Is ths reasonable? Should I switch for the sake of getting possibly cheaper unit prices?
