he we started a joint iva (just coming up to 3 year review)at the time we was claiming dla for son and had mobility car etc anyway last year hubby moved out and i went on wftc(not recieving dla), we rang company and they said thats fine as long as it gets paid, a couple weeks ago hubby moved back in now where coming up to our 3 year refiew im worried as im working they gonna whant more dosh(im not trying to run away from paying) i earned £3.000 last year and probley earn £6 this year dose anyone know how much extra they take is it a % or something? i no i should pay more but now i have a car to run etc im really worried thanks in advance

    It depends on the wording of your proposal, but generally you have to hand over 50% of any increase, less any increase you can get them to agree to in expenditure.

    ty i rang them and they said it might even itself out as i was recieving more benifet than i earned last year and my rent etc has gone up in 3 years so fingers cross
