As long as she is still in full time non advanced education, her earnings will not affect your income.
  • yep she is in full time education at the local college and will be only doing 10 hours a week part time work

You're fine then, but obviously things will change once she leaves college. Perhaps you could ask her to start putting some aside for when you lose your child related benefits, as she'll be expected to contribute to the household then.
  • thanks for that , yeh i understand i would loose my related benifits once she has left college but as long as im on in the mean time im happy , thanks again for your responce

Why can't you get back into work ? Why still on income support if you are disabled ? I am disabled myself but I go to work!

Plenty of people are still on IS for disability reasons. As for the OP's reasons for not working, that is none of your business.

Those on IS will be transferred to ESA over the next few years. You come across as very bitter!
