to fix or not to fix?
Recently seen TV ads from Npower and Scottish Power about the possibility of fixing rates till 2013. Not checked the smallprint though.
Could it be that energy prices are actually expected to fall? - in the longer term anyway. Have seen contradictory speculation in the media.
