Are you self-employed or a company employee?

Was the supply of broadband included in your terms and conditions of contract - check your contract. If you are an employee and this was in your t&c's, have you agreed to any variation of contract? Has a variation of contract been provided to you saying your contract now does not include broadband?

    .
If they had agreed to do so as part of the "package" for the job then he would be very reasonable to expect it - that is the deal that was agreed to. Of course other posters have pointed out there is little that can be done about it (although it seems like a pay cut to me). For broadband far enough, sometimes you just have to swallow the !!!!, and it is too little to lose a job over.

OP, there is nothing stopping you asking for a pay rise to compensate for the loss of this "benefit". I'm guessing the employer will say no, but if you don't ask....

Jarndyce will be along any moment to say that they obviously can do this because they have. He doesn't like it when we steal his catch-phrase so I am giving him the credit.

    Jarndyce is male??
' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".

BE's support line is in Bulgaria. When I moved house last year I called them and the guy talked so fast with such an accent that I couldn't understand him at all. I had to ask him to slow down which was a bit embarrassing.

This was BE* once they'd been bought by O2 (or maybe it was when I was with O2).. definitely scottish!
