Ted, I need you to guide me through the maze of info out there on the internet.
What supplements, lifestyle advice etc etc is scientifically recommended to increase fertility and the chance of conception?
There are tons of sites out there with info, but I cannot see what is fact, and what is old wives tale.
Please help!
(PS this is moneysaving as it's got to be cheaper than IVF lol)

Do you avoid the Sun ?Herbal supplement Agnus Castus has shown good results and vitamin D. A good antioxidant multi vit/mineral would also maybe help.
This seems like good advice http://marilynglenville.com/infertility.htmAre U getting enough Vitamin D in your life!?0 -
Hi seen these vitamins called clearblue in the chemist the other day think they help fertility but have no proof of this, might help.

A relation of mine went through fertility treatment and I used to go along to the clinic with her. First they have to establish the problem/s. Are the couple producing eggs and sperm? If not they start looking to help there, perhaps with ovulation assistance.
If they are producing eggs and sperm is there something stopping them meeting? Such as blocked fallopian tubes.
If the eggs and sperm are meeting and resulting in a would be pregnancy, is there a problem with the woman failing to carry to term (the whole 9 months).
You can help yourself by being sure that you are as healthy as you can be and having sex around the middle of your cycle but after several months of trying and nothing happening you might want to seek professional advice.0 -
