Halifax 22 Month Balance Transfer

Hi
I applied and received a Halifax 22 month balance transfer card, but am now not sure what to do with it!
It has a limit of £3000.00, transfers are charged at 3%.
I do have a mortgage with NR which allows overpayments, is it worth transferring my monthly spend on a tesco card to the halifax card, and using the cash I would have paid to tesco to bring down the mortgage? Nr is SVR
Thanks
