Why would O2 tell you that your itunes needed to be updated. Thats for Apple to tell you. And iuf you do need the latest version then a pop up would come on screen when you opened itunes for you to download the latest version."If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0

If you genuinely want to update your iTunes to a newer version, then open it up, go to the Help menu, and select 'Check for Updates'
Still don't see why it's anything to do with O2 ....0 -

Right well that will be the upgrade to IO5 then..
theres some other threads on here but i would strongly advise you to get Itunes on your laptop so you have a back up point when you upgrade as it may wipe your whole folder if you do not have a back up of any music photos and that, that you use on your phone.
I dont have one but someone else will be along to help you further.
if you need to take it off without syncing first download sharepod to your laptop before you install itunes and back up your library using that"If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0 -
If you have an iPhone, but haven't used iTunes, then..... what are you doing with your phone?
I thought the whole idea was that you got the applications you wanted onto the phone in the first place by using iTunes.... or are you just using it as a phone?0 -

I believe you can just use it standalone inside your iphone nowadays.."If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0
