We apologise but such amazing demand has exceeded our sites visitor capacity today, your support and interest in us is phenomenal, thank you!

We have therefore had to temporarily disable the FREE TOY giveaway, while we improve our technical system to cater for our huge number of valued customers.

This is a gesture of goodwill from jellyfingers, in the run up to Christmas, it is our intention to honour our offer.

I just got this too but also got the confirmation email (as per facebook quote above) but am not holding out much hope. This was going to go to the local christmas toy appeal as well.:(

Same here, though I do have the confirmation email. Here's hoping.




I was just clearing out my spam folder and found an email from Jellyfingers. It states: If you have received a confirmation email with an order number your order has been confirmed.
So those of us with order numbers should be ok.....

I've just had an email from Jellyfingers saying: [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]FREE TOY ORDERS WILL BE WITH YOU NEXT WEEK*
*All orders for FREE toys will currently be showing as "On Hold" while we dispatch the items to you. We anticipate delivery to you early-mid next week.

So fingers crossed for next week :rotfl:.
