YAY!!!! Thank you, just managed to order one. i went round and round, kept getting errors, but what worked for me, once I got to checkout was to leave each page for a minute before clicking on to next page.

Is anyone else getting stuck at checkout? I get a menu loading;

But then nothing seems to load after that? Even clicking the top bar does nothing?

Hi moromir, this was happening too me I was getting to the last hurdle order review and site crashed quite a few times. Keep trying I tried for abut 30 mins and just got something goodluck.

If all you see are those five bars, it hasn't loaded properly and you need to try to refresh/reload the page again, I'm afraid. You'll know when it's worked because you'll be able to pick an address under Billing and specify whether you want the order to be shipped to the same address.

It is possible for the site to crash out at Billing, Shipping, Payment or worse, Order Review - if the item remains in your basket, you haven't been successful, so keep trying. You will get a confirmation e-mail more or less straight away if you manage it.

Email says:

Thank you for your order from Jelly Fingers. If the deal is successful then your products will be shipped to you. If the deal is not successful you will be refunded the full deal amount.

So we may not necessarily all get our orders! I suspect the above might mean that more than 500 people might get confirmation e-mails and thus the excess will get their order cancelled. Heads up!
