Dixons nightmare, anyone got a free phone number?

Hi,

I'm desperate for a free phone number for Dixons if possible. I know they have one because they actually gave it to me but it's been lost

Background...

Ordered a TV for my Nan, it arrived but the screen looked like someone had put their foot through it. Complained and arranged a swap. Courier didn't arrive... didn't arrive the 2nd time... arrived the 3rd time after being manually book.

(They don't give a straight doorstep swap, they get tv back then send new one out)

They then told us the tv was out of stock so we agreed to a different model. It arrived but the stand was broken. More phone calls and arranged for a total refund. The courier didn't arrive the first time... or the 2nd time. (it was manually booked apparently) And now the 3rd time (yesterday) he hasn't arrived again

I'm using my Nan's phone each time and she's getting pretty naffed off, obviously. I've called them sooo many times I know the phone number and options off the top of my head

I wouldn't touch Dixons with a barge pole, they are the worst online company I have EVER dealt with. If anyone has a number I'd be really made up. Thanks :D

If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
