You need to claim JSA it would then be down to a decision maker as to whether you get anything or not due to you resigning from your previous employment.Can you claim it if you have resigned from your job?

Yes, but unless you can show a good reason why you resigned you may be sanctioned for a number of weeks.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
