Not wanting to sound mocking, but that's a fine sentence

They can take payment at any point without warning in the next 6 months. They are also entitled to take the payment, with warning, in the next six years. Hang on to the money and don't spend it or you'll find yourself owing your bank £300 and there'll be nowt you can do about it. If it's difficult to manage your finances, why not drop them an email reminding them to take the payment.
Please don't think you can just keep the goods for nothing - you'll get in a pickle."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
If your wanting to know so you can control your finances a little better, why not just contact them and ask them to charge your card so it's one less thing to worry about?0

If I remember rightly when i used to work with a PDQ, the money is authorised immediately, but doesn't leave your account until the "banking" procedure on the machine is completed. At my place of work we used to do this every 3 days.
I've often had payments taken out a few days, or even a week after the transaction.
As long as you work your balance out, minus £300, you shouldn't go far wrong. PLEASE don't be tempted to spend it!!0 -
I'd just keep the money in the account for a while, if you contact them there is a danger that the money will be taken twice.0
