moving in to a flat

hi all

my daughter is moving in to a flat (as soon as we are allowed to buy it)
its been rented out for last few years, so the owner says she does not know who supplies all the utilities etc
i will change the door locks
but how do i find out who supplies the utilites
my daughters a student so need the internet, how would i find out the flats MAC code

any help please

The flat doesn't have a MAC. That's not the way it works. Hopefully the previous occupant will have terminated their contract with the ISP and phone company so that your daughter can simply call and start afresh as a new customer.
