Ebuyer's address (paypal) wrong? Item returned. What should I do?

Hi I'm just after some advice. I've not had a case like this before whilst selling on Ebay, so just wondering what the next step should be?
I sold an item on Ebay with £3.00 postage which actually cost me £4.40 to send via RM (anyway my mistake!).
As usual, I dispatched it on the next day to the address provided on ebuyers Paypal, however, the item was returned to me after a few days. According to RM it was refused.
I contacted the buyer and found out the address on the "paypal payment details/shipping" was wrong.
What should I do next?
a) If the buyer ask for a refund should I give a full one incl. postage or just the price of the item?
b) If the buyer ask me to resend it, should I do without charging?
At the end of the day, the cost is under £5, so dont want to potentially affect my feedback status for the sake of a few quid.
What do you guys recommend?
Cheers

No to both of the above.....it was the buyers mistake and surely they should accept that.....Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D0

Unfortunately not that simple.
Op cna of course just try refunding the item cost and keeping the postage, but if buyer starts a claim for INR they will get the postage back automatically.
Likewise there is nothing to stop OP asking buyer to pay again for postage, but if buyer says no then seller is stuck .I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
