There are LOADS of serious scientific papers about things like the power of prayer, visualisation etc. and AFAIK they all come to the same conclusion...positive vibes DO WORK!!!

Write down on a bit of paper how much you want to sell your house for and pin it onto your fridge. Write it in bold red pen and focus on it daily! Apparently it works! Good luck!
