Power of positive thinking, help needed.

As I'm skint as usual and have nothing to do except think, so I began thinking about thinking.:D
I know its a strange request but hey I'm desperate.
I wondered if you could give me a positive thought/vibe on selling my house.
I was thinking along the lines of, 'I'm sending a positive thought/vibe so that someone will buy Trikers house.'
If someone does buy my house I can then settle my debts.
I in turn will send you a positive thought back, obviously something to do with moneysaving, just ask away.
