Thanks
I'd be surprised if they don't, friend who works for sainsburys said Ashton & Oldham stores are the ones to be at round this way0 -

There wasn't that much in ashton, there only seemed to be 3 or 4 of the things they did have. The had the cookie dog, dancing mickey, hello kitty mega blocks house, the dolls house, play kitchen and checkout etc... it opens at 8 but oldham opens at 7 so going there first.
Does anyone know the the toy selection is like at stockport or heaton park, cant think of any other local stores???
I'm after woody n the girl cowboy from toystory for my little girl. Has anyone seen the anywhere? not sure if sainsburys actually sell them
Heaton park are not stocking toys as its just been refurbished, I saw a Jessie cow girl from Toy Story earlier tonight in Oldham, on the top shelf of their normal toy aisle (the end nearer the clothes). I didn't see any dancing Mickeys though - you didn't happen to see those in Oldham did you? I'm also after a Mega bloks bag in either Oldham or Ashton.

they also had the furreal guinea pig and the bunny at £17.99 on the normal shelf.0

All in Prestwick store, not the biggest store, I would say a medium size, only been open 1year or so.0

Popped to the East Grinstead store before they closed tonight and all they had put out were a Peppa Pig kitchen, big remote control monster truck and an easel
Had a wander round and there was nothing else, even the tiny toy section was full up with reduced stationary and plastic cups rather than toys!
I asked a member of staff if they had any more to put out but she said they hadn't and that the manager was really annoyed as a store of their size should have more than 3 items. It's not huge but is classed as a superstore.
Last year I managed to get a Woody and some of the Action Links stunt sets for DS birthday and a few little stocking fillers for both DS and DD. Doesn't even look like I'll get that this year
Tried to convince DH to take me to West Green, Crawley tomorrow but he wont. Gutted!Grocery Challenge £5.43/£320.00
Don't Throw Food Away Challenge £0.00/£5.000 -

October 26, 2011
Sainsbury's is helping customers cut the cost of Christmas by halving the price of all toys in more than 400 stores from tomorrow (Thursday 27 October). The week long in-store promotion, represents potential savings of £18 million.
Unlike offers from other retailers, Sainsbury's half price deal applies to every toy in store, giving parents the perfect opportunity to stock up on Christmas gifts, with less than two months until the big day.
Sainsbury's predicts the Lego Cars 2 Ultimate Build Francesco will be its top selling toy this Christmas, while Dance Star Mickey and the Octonauts Gup A Mission Vehicle look set to fly off shelves.

"Whether opting for traditional, nostalgic, high-tech or the latest TV character, there's something for everyone. The only thing to worry about will be finding somewhere to keep them hidden from prying eyes!"
