to the ladies going to Bamber Brdige please leave some for me lol
We should have some kind of MSE badge shouldn't we for times like this then you could do some forum memeber spotting rofl.
Just found out today OH may be having his contract finished in a months time, poop. So going to limit what I buy. We had already told the kids we were cutting back (and last year we managed when he had been made redundant) so we will be ok. Just a bit horrid.
Hopefully he will get another contract before crimbo or they change their minds.
Good luck to all the BB ladies-see you there!

just been for a little look round as our store has been revamped and wasn't sure where the toy aisle was and there were staff there who were filling trolleys with toys that I presume they are putting by for themselves - really made me wish I work there!!Silence is golden...unless you have a toddler. In that case silence is very, very suspicious!0

Do we think Bamber Bridge will have a bigger selection than the one on Flintoff Way at Preston? I'm driving up from Blackpool for the opening so not sure which is the bigger Toy Selection. Anyone? I did the Preston one last year, it was quiet with quite a few toys and I met another MSE'er but that was at 9am. Does anyone know which store would be better? Thanks
Haven't been in the flintoff way store for years, but isn't it quite a bit smaller that BB? BB is now massive since the refit/extention.
I only have time to do one store really before I need to be back home and BB is my nearest store. If you were going to both you have to remember the rush hour traffic will be going into preston, so maybe easier to do preston early then come out to BB?
Good luck whatever you decide

Very kind staff at Oldham ! 2 staff came to whisper about the sale as I was researching their stock. Very limited choice but young man did say it was being filled through the night with lots of big toys?! Couple of people been there before me found big buzz light year behind women's coats and some Lego lol0

the toy section in northampton seems to have shrunk so nothing there my kids really want even at half price, the sylvanian stuff is quite overpriced so not always a mega bargain (considering u can get 3 for 2 in boots etc), i wanted to get ds a 'sing-a ma-gig' toy for xmas but they seemed to have stopped selling them in my store recently0
