Sainsburys toy sale (merged)

Shame our store seems to have had limited restock since Day 1 - glad I was in there for 7am on that first day as have a good selection, though disappointing for others I have recommended it to.

I popped in this morning and there are mostly empty shelves now. A few preschool toys, lots of hero lego things and the huge toys - dolls house, chalk board and baby annabelle on bike. Hope this helps.

I called in again today (Chesterfield) and was pleased to find more Moshi Monster Gift Packs on the shelf (£10 from £20) as I needed another for my son. Quite a few things had been restocked.

went to Hereford store today not much left but SA said she had loads of toys to put out (this was 3pm sunday) - she was putting out Mrs.Potato heads, froggie jump games, preschool toys. But after asking they have the KIDDIZOOM cameras in stock (SA fetched them from out back for me) - both pink and blue!! for £24.99 was v.chuffed as i hav ebeen desperate for one of these:j

Got a Nerf gun from Argos in case Sainsburys didnt have any, then got the nerf darts from Sainsburys for £2.50. Nephews present sorted for £8, very pleased. Doing well for Christmas now.

I missed the opening of the sale as we were away on holiday. Popped into London Colney but not mch there. Today I went to Griffiths Way in St Albans and there was loads of stuff. Managed to pick up some good deals but am still after the my little pony princess celestia. Does anyone know if any of the hertfordshire stores have any?

Was the LEGO Police Station 7498 ever in the sale? Have not been able to locate it in Sainsburys despite many visits, so have now ordered it from Toys R Us with 20% off. Fingers crossed I did the right thing .

afaik sainsbury don't sell these in store and they definitely don't re-stock large lego like this for the sales. If you have clubcard vouchers, the double up promo is due to start soon (rumoured tomorrow) and the set is on tesco direct for 59.66, so you could buy it with £30 cc vouchers doubled up.

Finally got a Dance Star Mickey today! 2 others on shelf too. unfortunately, it's faulty and the other two on shelf are now sold! hopefully, they will get more stock after the sale and I can exchange then!

Doubt it, I never saw them in the shop until the sale started!!
