Hi all

Just a quick thread. Has anyone used this dealership for leasing?

I have heard a few opinions for other branches of Evans but I wondered whether it was the same in all branches

Anyone with half a brain will avoid EH with a barge pole.....

Big company, pushy working environment, they put a lot of pressure on staff, who in turn treat customers like crap as soon as they've gotten some cash out of them. I dare say staff turnover is so high that you'd be speaking to a different set of idiots each time you speak to them or walk into a dealership.

The rot starts at the top and then infects the rest of the business, no matter what they do to try and change their image, short of firing the entire company and starting over, they'll never scrape it back.

My own experiences have not been good and I don't know a single person who's experiences were any different.

THanks for your comment. I had no idea they were so bad. I have just been in to see them but they didn't have what i wanted anyway.

Is it just the staff or are there problems with the cars aswell?

Cars are gonna be no different whether it's from EH or anyone else.... But when things go wrong, you want to know you've got support.

On paper? of course they do.... But where one dealer might resolve an issue at all cost, another might fob you off with excuses.
