Natwest Refund?

Hi,
I posted a little while ago, basically I sent back in October last year a letter to Natest complaining about PPI on a loan I had (PPI including interest was £1126.28) the loan was applied for online, they told me to take it further with fainancial ombudsman which I did and they sent me a letter back in June confirming that they had agreed that Natwest should uphold my complaint and that Natwest would contact me within 8-10 weeks to confirm the amount etc I still ahvent heard anything and contacted FOS again and they said they were in discussion with natwest and would contact me when they had a resolution. Well today I have checked my bank account (which is with Natwest) and there is a credit of £175 PPI refund. I have no other open cases with them and wondered if a complaint is upheld whether they can just refund a portion of the amount or whether they have refund the whole ppi charges? As I was expecting a lot more.
I did have another loan with them in 2005 which I haven't complained about and the PPI was £145 plus 34.04 interest.
PLEASE HELP!!

Hi Kirsty
I would, if you've not done so already contact the adjudicator who was dealing with your complaint, they may contact them to check on this for you.;)
Well done on your success.:beer:The one and only "Dizzy Di"
