Ok I have narrowed my choice down to two providers, N Power and Powergen. Must admit I am drawn more towards Powergen because of their Tesco Clubcard points, however based on U switch their customer service isnt highly recommended as others. Any views?

Any pros and cons to help me make my decision?

Thanks so much for your help!

I would go for Powergen becuase they offer more cashback on Quidco. That and I've used Powergen before (pre India) and they were fine.

Are they India based call centres?

They used to be but were moved back to the UK last year.

Neither.... Have a look at Ebico's website.Their prices are very reasonable compared to these two companies!
  • Powergen ,Uk call centres 0800 freephone number to contact them and far more efficient than NPOWER in my personal experience as I have been with both
  • I switched from Powergen to nPower - then back to Powergen because they are much more efficient - and I get Tesco clubcard points. You can also check your account online with Powergen.

Frankly, Powergen are brilliant, all freephone numbers, all UK based staff and they're all brilliant and frankly, very handsome and intelligent.

    Ahem.
