John Lewis Voucher problems

I am still waiting for vouchers that are owed to me from John Lewis after they sent me a special offer, that if I spent £50 or more I would receive £10 voucher twenty eight days later, guess what I haven't received the voucher!
I contacted them and it was very difficult to find someone who new about the offer, I kept being transferred to departments that didn't have a clue, i was cut off twice and had to repeat the whole thing to four different phone operators, when I finally said that I wanted to speak to the CEO PA they put me through to escalated customer services, who did investigate and someone from the store rang to say that there is a delay and I should get them in 10-14 days, guess what, they haven't arrived.
I should have known as about a year ago I tried to buy a computer and they failed to deliver it 3 times ( 3 mornings off work!) the customer service response was appalling, I wrote to the CEO of the store and of John Lewis Partnership, did I get a response, of course not! I cancelled my order and bought it from Selfridges instead. I used to buy all my major items from there but not any more.

This may surprise you, but a call centre won't have a direct line to the big boss' PA. Just like if you call microsoft's tech support they won't be able to patch you through to Steve Ballmer.
I'd like to know about this offer, though... sounds quite nice. What did you have to do? Like, what did you have to buy, that sort of thing.0
